Demi Lovato snatched up Disney's hottest bachelor -- she's dating Joe Jonas.
In an interview with "Access Hollywood," Demi confirmed the coupling, saying of Joe, "He's perfect ... a complete gentleman ... my best friend and he is incredible."
Demi and the Jo Bro met on the set of "Camp Rock" in 2007 ... and toured together last year.
