Stepping out in a sexy white, cut-out dress, the "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" star looked gorgeous next to the movie's director Michael Bay. Her celeb boyfriend, Jason Statham, was nowhere in sight.
Other sexy stars in attendance included Joe Jonas, who took photos with Olivia Munn, Keri Hilson, Joanna Krupa, Kelly Rowland and Amber Rose.
