The country singer got her husband a custom birthday cake for his 39th birthday over the weekend and shared the photo via Twitter​. Sounds innocent enough, right?
Well, the cake was topped with Eddie and LeAnn figures cuddling in bed, and Eddie's sons Mason and Jake below blissfully unaware what's going on the top tier. Wonder what their mom Brandi Glanville thinks?
