FOX just released a brand new promo for the upcoming season of "The X Factor" -- and Britney is surprisingly brutal!
In the clip, the pop star can be seen putting down contestants during the audition rounds, crushing their dreams with quips like "You can't destroy that song, sweetie," "Predictable" and "You definitely don't have The X Factor."
