It may have been the GQ Men of the Year Awards -- but it's two women who stole the show!
Singers Jessie J and Lana Del Rey both showed up to the London event sporting some surprising makeovers ... and both looked great.
While "Domino" singer Jessie J is known for her crazy outfits, ridiculous makeup, short black hair and blunt bangs, she was completely unrecognizable at today's event.
Instead of the dark locks, Jessie went lighter with a short brunette 'do and more natural makeup. She finished off her look with a sexy tuxedo jacket dress that showed a lot of leg.

And while Jessie went lighter, Lana went to the dark side.
Though keeping her retro styling, the "Video Games" singer stepped out with black hair -- a far cry from the auburn look she's been rocking since she first stepped onto the scene.
How about Lana's new 'do? Loving that too?
