Steve Carell -- who is known for bringing the laughs -- clearly nailed his "Anchorman" audition on the first try.
In a new clip, included in the special footage from "Anchorman: The Rich Mohaogany Edition" Blu-ray (out Tuesday), Carell recites a few lines from the hilarious comedy -- and he gets really into character!
Check out the the video above to see Steve turn BRIGHT red as he channels Brick Tamland!
After watching this audition, we can see why Carell was the obvious choice to play dopey yet sweet character.
