Tori Spelling is definitely trying to send a message with this photo.
The "Beverly Hills, 90210" star was seen taking a selfie on Tuesday, where she gave us some clues into the status of her relationship with possibly unfaithful husband Dean McDermott.
While the two haven't been photographed together since the beginning of the month, the 40-year-old mom is clearly wearing her wedding ring in the photo above -- and still has a picture of her hubby and the rest of their family on her cell phone case.
Let's make one thing clear: Spelling knew this photo was being taken, meaning the placement of both her ring and the case is very deliberate. She's making a point.

Back in December, Us Weekly alleged Dean had an affair while filming a TV show in Canada earlier this year. They have been seen together since the story broke though and even shared a snap of them on New Year's Eve.
