Now that's a proper sendoff!

Jimmy Fallon hosted his last episode of "Late Night" on Friday -- ending the final show with a performance of "The Weight" with The Muppets.

With Fallon playing drums and singing, it was a touching and clearly emotional performance for the talk show host. But, having muppets like Animal, Miss Piggy and Kermit singing along helped bring through the humor Jimmy is known for.

The performance ended with him walking off stage, through a hallway and into a new studio -- one with a sign for "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon" outside of it.

As he entered that studio, he was met with applause, showing that it may be sad for him to say goodbye ... but something exciting is definitely right around the corner!

"The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon" will debut on February 24. Are you looking forwarding to seeing Jimmy take Jay Leno's spot? Sound off below!
