While the actor, 51, was expected to tie the knot with Amber Heard, 28, over the weekend on his private island, the two just couldn't wait ... and reportedly said "I do" today at their home in Los Angeles.
According to People, the duo are still planning a giant celebration at Little Hall's Pond Cay in the Bahamas in the next few days.
The two first met on the set of the 2011 film "The Rum Diary," when Depp was still with longtime partner Vanessa Paradis. Johnny and Amber went public with their relationship shortly after he split from the model.
There were recent rumors that the wedding plans were on hold, but the two did their best to quiet that talk down with some serious PDA over the last month.
This is the second marriage for Depp, who was hitched to Lori Anne Allison from 1983-1985 and has two kids with Paradis. It was Heard's first trip down the aisle.
Reps for both actors were not immediately available for comment.
