Gwyneth Paltrow has never look better!
The actress shows off her killer bikini bod on the cover of the June issue of Women's Health, where she reveals that she feels more confident with her body now at age 42 than ever before.
"I feel way more comfortable in a bathing suit now than I did 20 years ago," the Oscar-winner admits, before describing her diet and fitness regime.
"My routine is the same every weekday," the Goop founder explains. "I drop my kids at school. I do an hour of dance cardio and then I go to work."
Let's be real ... it takes more than just a little cardio to maintain that bod. For the mother-of-two, it's all about diet.
She starts the day with coffee and a post-workout smoothie. "For lunch I usually have a big salad with grilled chicken, and then for dinner I'll have whatever I want," she declares. "Most nights I eat with the kids, like, a stir-fry of chicken and broccoli or pasta or roast chicken and potatoes."
"My food philosophy is: Nothing should be ruled out," she tells the mag. "I don't believe in saying, 'You're not allowed that.' If my kids want a Shirley Temple with the radioactive cherry in it, go for it, you know?"

While we're guessing that Gwyneth doesn't let herself indulge too much, her diet isn't as strict as you'd think. "The other day I was flying and the turbulence was so bad, I was like, 'F—k this.' I had a Bloody Mary in the middle of the day," she says.
The blonde beauty also keeps it basic when it comes to beauty. "I'm not really a 'beauty person.' I believe, as cheesy as it sounds, in exercise, laughing, having sex, being yourself," Paltrow explains. "I'm not like, 'Then I use this masque that I make on my stove.'"
