Highlights include the Guillermo asking Chris Pratt, a.k.a. Star-Lord, the simple question of how to act -- which turns into a lesson for all of us, actually.
"There's three looks: the first one, happy; next one, sad; and then the third one, scary," Pratt said.
"What about sexy?" Guillermo asked, prompting Pratt to advise, "Just use scary."
One of the more awkward moments comes when the "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" star is in the makeup trailer alongside Dave Bautista, who plays Drax in the Marvel franchise.
"You show your nipples a lot?" Guillermo asked the shirtless former wrestler, who just stared for a beat in full Drax makeup before nodding, "Yeah."
"You have to, too, right?" Bautista deadpanned. "Yeah. You're going to show me your nipples."
Then there's Guillermo's acting, which is so bad, it's hard to believe his cameo as a cop will make the final cut -- but then again, director James Gunn has a great sense of humor, so it should be interesting to see how he works it in.
Watch the video above to see Guillermo's "satisfactory" nipples and a preview of the cameo you might see on the big screen when "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" hits theaters on May 5.
