"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" will up the ante on post-credit scenes. Like, way up.
People who say an early press screening (and loved what they saw) took to social media on Monday night to proclaim the good news. The lucky audience of entertainment reporters and bloggers initially reported a whopping four post-credit scenes, but then writer-director James Gunn chimed in on Twitter to point out there are actually five.
Believe it, folks.
@screenrant Well, five, actually. 😊— James Gunn (@JamesGunn) April 18, 2017
"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" stars returning main cast members Chris Pratt (Star-Lord), Zoe Saldana (Gamora), Dave Bautista (Drax), Bradley Cooper (Rocket Raccoon) and Vin Diesel (Baby Groot), plus new cast members including Kurt Russell, Pom Klementieff and even Sylvester Stallone.
The second adventure for the Marvel misfits will follow Star-Lord unraveling his true parentage, while also somehow saving the universe.
"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" lands in theaters on May 5.
