Late-Night Hosts Mock Trump's Pope Visit: 'A-Holey Day,' 'His Holiness Met His Bigliness' (Video)

Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon and Seth Meyers pointed out some the moments from Pope meets POTUS that couldn't be ignored.

"Today was an historic day" Kimmel joked. "A holy day, maybe even an A-holey day, as his Holiness met his Bigliness at the Vatican today."

Though Kimmel said the Vatican probably just reminded Trump of one of his bathrooms, he noted that the pope didn't have "much of a proper face" flashing to images of a much happier pope around leaders like former POTUS Barack Obama and Vladamir Putin.

Kimmel concluded with clips of Fox News praising the Pesident and his meeting with the pope saying, "If you were visiting from another planet and turned on Fox News, you really might not know which of these guys was the holy one."

"Trump visited the Vatican. That's exciting. It's one of the few places on earth with more old men than his Cabinet."

Colbert called out some of the gifts the pope gave to POTUS before teasing him after the pope basically called him chubby.

"After receiving the gifts, Trump replied, 'Well, I'll be reading them.' Well, no, you won't," Colbert said. "Mike Pence, I think I know what you're getting for Christmas! Re-gift!"

It seems Colbert's favorite part though, was hearing the pope shaded Trump because of his diet.

"The best part of the visit happened at the end when the pope threw a little shade at Trump's physique," Colbert said. "Francis turned to the first lady and said, 'What do you give him to eat, potica?' which is a high-calorie pastry served in Slovenia. Oh, snap! The pope!"

"The pope just called the president chubby! I cannot believe that the infallible Vicar of Christ just played the dozens on our president."

Fallon decided that because everyone was wondering what was going through the Pope's head during this meeting, he would predict some of his holiness' thoughts.

"Trump looks like he's thinking 'OMG', pope looks like he's thinking 'FML.'"

Fallon also said he thinks he knows what Trump was probably telling the Pope during the visit.

"It got weird when Trump was like, 'Jesus only had 12 followers? Sad! His tweets must have been terrible.'"

"We don't know what they talked about but because it was only 30 minutes, we can assume it wasn't confession."

After joining late night in predicting what happened during the meeting, Meyers made it a point to discuss the pope's facial expressions during his time with POTUS.

"Only Trump could turn pope into Mike from 'Breaking Bad'."

On the end of their meeting, Meyers jokes that the pope probably said "Bless you, my child" to the car that took Trump away.
