"Ever since Paris I just go through this like worst case scenario mode in my head," says the reality TV star.
Kim Kardashian had a breakdown while on a recent vacation in Mexico, after fearing for her safety following her robbery in Paris.
In a preview clip from this Sunday's "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," the reality TV star cries about her concerns during a phone call with Joe Francis while staying at his gorgeous villa in Punta Mita.
"It's amazing but wait can you talk for a sec?" she says. "I'm good I just have anxiety. Are you sure it's safe here?"
Francis reassures her that yes, "it's safe there," adding that he brings his kids there all the time.
"Ever since Paris I just go through this like worst case scenario mode in my head, I was so excited to come on this trip and I had no idea I was going to end up feeling this way," she says in a confessional. "It hit me right as we were getting off the plane that all these people in the airpot are going see 17 or 18 girls, with all of our Chanel bags and Louis Vuitton and it hit me, we're the biggest target ever."
She freaks out again elsewhere in the episode after unflattering bikini photos from the trip surface online.
"I'm already having this anxiety attack over security and I'm already just on high alert and now paparazzi's found us," she says in another clip (below). "Just the scrutiny we get all the time, we try to avoid that. So I thought, 'OK, I'm going on like a private vacation, not posting, doing all the steps to be as private and discreet as possible and then you take pictures and if they're not like perfect people just like body shame you and criticize you. For people to think that's just ok is just frustrating."
"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" airs Sundays at 9pm on E!
