"The USA President has allegations of an affair with a porn star, Kim Kardashian is selling feminism emojis for $2.99; our country is a mess," one critic tweets.
Kim Kardashian is now officially a feminist, and her haters on Twitter are either laughing or irate.
The reality star just released a new Women's Empowerment Kimoji expansion pack, which contains nine pink and red feminist sayings, including "Nasty Woman," "Boy Bye," "Slay In Your Lane" and "Full-Time Feminist." All you need to do is fork over $2.99 and you too can prove to everyone just how much of a feminist you are!
The hilarity (or outrage, depending on your perspective) stems from Kim basically refusing to identify as a feminist previously.
"I said once before that I'm not really a feminist, but I feel I do a lot more than people that claim that they're feminist," she told Harper's Bazaar Arabia in September of last year. "To clarify what I said before: I feel in my soul I'm a feminist. I just don't need labels to make me feel or know what I am inside."
Some people are arguing that Kim's sending mixed messages given that her new feminist Kimojis are available alongside emojis of her bare butt cheeks sliding down a stripper pole and her panties dropping to the floor. Others -- some open Trump supporters -- are simply urging the fashion mogul not to mix politics with her brand.
All she needs to do is run for public office and she might finally silence her critics -- because their heads will explode.

Feminists paying $2.99 for "feminist emojis" created by Kim Kardashian is the modern women's rights movement in a perfect little nutshell.— Emily Zanotti (@emzanotti) March 7, 2018
how is this feminism? this is not liberation, it’s saying “look at me” and nothing else. how can someone ever take a woman fighting for women’s rights seriously, if she leads with her ass & boobs?— Lauren (@laurenrod1985) March 7, 2018

I thought Kim K became more respectable over the years but maybe I spoke too soon. Feminism is not for sale.— Lyric Momo Schatzi (@MomoLyric) March 7, 2018
I love Kim but a few years ago she decided not to identify as a feminist because she was scared of the back lash she would receive and now she has a feminist kimoji pack so I'm curious as to what changed?? @KimKardashian #Kimoji #feministkimoji— MARCO (@Princessmarko) March 7, 2018
Kim, don’t get political. It’s a fast death for business. We all love fashion, but we all don’t believe the same. Don’t lose any part of your following.... @robkardashian had it right. Maybe make #KIMOJI for Ryan Seacrest tho. #MeToo #TimesUp @KimKardashian @KUWTK— American Honey 🐝 (@lgmaterna) March 7, 2018

Did you learn NOTHING from the Pepsi commercial? These emojis are making a mockery of the actual efforts and struggles real feminist go through every single day. And you’re selling them for $2.99? What’s wrong with you?????— Stephanie Sidley (@StephanieSidley) March 7, 2018
