"Don't play with us Kenya," co-star NeNe Leakes says after hearing the news.
"We will definitely be welcoming a boy or girl in late this year," Kenya told host Andy Cohen. "Oh my God, I said that! I don’t want to talk about the details because I’m still very nervous about everything so I want to get past a safe place."
"Are you serious? Don't play with us Kenya," co-star NeNe Leakes, prompting Kenya to reassure, "I wouldn’t play with anything like that."
After many congratulatory cheers from her fellow Housewives, Andy tried to get some more info, asking how far along Kenya was in her pregnancy.
"Well I don’t want to want to talk about the details because I’m just still, I’m just still very nervous about everything, so I just want to get past a safe place," the former Miss USA said.
When asked if she wants a boy or a girl, Moore replied, "I want a healthy baby."
Moore knew when she married Daly 10 months ago she wanted a child. "We both want to start a family and soon -- like, right away," Moore told People at the time. "We both want a child."
"We have been really upfront about wanting to expand our family, and we have definitely been taking the proper steps to try to make that happen," she mentioned on the "RHOA After Show" in January.
Moore took to Twitter Monday morning to thank her "RHOA" cast for all their kind words.
So sweet of the girls to be so happy for me. So blessed #rhoa— KENYA MOORE (@KenyaMoore) April 9, 2018
A fan also pointed out that Moore never used the words "I'm pregnant" and asked if she is possibly using a surrogate. "No surrogate, but maybe my next one," the Bravo star replied.
This is the first child for Moore and Daly.
