Cardi B knows the key to "making America great again."
The independent Vermont senator and 2016 presidential candidate tweeted Wednesday that he believes the rapper's comments about strengthening social security area the key to improving our government.

"First of all, [FDR] helped us get over the Depression, all while he was in a wheelchair," Cardi B said. "Like, this man was suffering from polio at the time of his presidency, and yet all he was worried about was trying to make America great -- make America great again for real. He's the real 'Make America Great Again,' because if it wasn't for him, old people wouldn't even get Social Security."
The Grammy nominee surprised the GQ reporter by explaining politics is a passion of hers. "I love political science," she said. "I love government. I'm obsessed with presidents. I'm obsessed to know how the system works."
And she had a message for haters who dismiss celebrity opinions. "People think because you're famous, you doing it for clout. But you concerned about it because you are a citizen of America; you are a citizen of the world," she said. "If I want to get cool points, I could take a picture with a thong and my ass and y'all gonna give me the same amount of likes. I'm gonna trend even bigger."
