The "Teen Mom" star speaks to TooFab at her first public event since her arrest.
According to The Beverly Hills Police Department, she was arrested for misdemeanor battery and trespassing, after a security guard for the hotel said she "struck him in the face with her forearm, grabbed his ear and pushed him in the face as he attempted to prevent her from re-entering the hotel." The police also said she "exhibited signs of intoxication during the investigation."
"I wasn't arrested," Abraham claimed on the red carpet. "I was taken to containment and people lied and said I touched or battered somebody and was trespassing, which all I'm not guilty of and never did. So everybody else out there, a public form of bullying somebody who is well known, I don’t tolerate that and I'm much stronger than that."
As for where she's putting all her focus now: screen writing.
When asked whether her appearance at an MTV event could mean she'll be returning to "Teen Mom" after her high-profile exit, Abraham had loftier goals in mind.
"I plan on doing my 'Teen Mom' film, so maybe Paramount, it's a Viacom-owned company, maybe we’ll do a film together," she said. "That's what I'm working on, screen writing, the next thing in my career I'm excited for."
Abraham previously revealed on Instagram that she plans on turning her book, "My Teenage Dream Ended," into a movie.
