Celebrities give tribute to the rapper after he was fatally shot in Florida.
Rapper XXXTentacion is dead after a shooting in South Florida on Monday. He was 20.
The musician, real name Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy, was rushed to the hospital after a gunman ran up to his vehicle and shot him while he was motorcycle shopping, according to TMZ, who first broke the news. He was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The Broward Sheriff's Office later said he was approached by two armed suspects leaving RIVA Motorsports in Deerfield Beach, where at least one of the suspects fired a gun, striking him. They fled in a dark-color SUV. According to investigators, it appears to be a possible robbery.
The rapper's death exploded on Twitter after it was confirmed, and while he was a controversial figure -- one who was awaiting trial for domestic violence against his pregnant girlfriend -- celebrities and fans mourned his passing.

Such a sad feeling today. Loosing a good artist. nothing is worth losing your life. I’m really sad about this and hurt how things have changed,so many new young good artist that need to realise there platform and influence. We gotta do better as a culture. We gotta come together and set better examples. We got to many young people that idolise us as artist. I want my son to grow up with the right influences and a positive outlook on life. Rip Xxx. You music will live forever 🙏🏾💔 Everything is in Gods hands Work for God and Keep him first.
