Justin went on to explain why their engagement timing was "literally perfect," writing, "We got engaged on the seventh day of the seventh month, the number seven is the number of spiritual perfection, it's true GOOGLE IT! Isn't that nuts?" And, no, according to Bieber, he didn't plan for that connection.

According to TMZ, Bieber's proposal went down at a restaurant in a resort in the Bahamas on Saturday night. Everyone was salsa dancing when the pop star got down on one knee in front of the entire restaurant. Baldwin, 21, is the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin.
