"It's like we're all growing up. It's weird," Stephanie Pratt says in the series' first teaser.

"The Hills" is making its return to MTV, and we are struggling to remain calm.

During the VMAs Monday night, the network announced a reboot of the Los Angeles-based reality show following a mini reunion of some of our favorite original cast members on the red carpet: Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, Audrina Patridge, Jason Wahler, Justin Bobby, Stephanie Pratt and Frankie Delgado.

"The Hills: New Beginnings" will follow the original cast members, their children, their friends and some returning favorites, while they navigate their personal and professional lives. The series is slated to hit MTV sometime in 2019.

In the 30-second teaser for "New Beginnings," Stephanie is heard saying, "It's like we're all growing up. It's weird."

"The Hills," a spin-off of "Laguna Beach," which followed Lauren Conrad as she chased her dreams of making it in the fashion world. The series ran from 2006-2010, with Kristin Cavallari taking over as the lead for the final season.

Of course, neither of those two original stars appear to be involved and some fans are not having it.
