Her husband may be sober, but he's still down to supervise the party.

Kristen Bell is one of Hollywood's sweethearts, but she's not opposed to occasional drug use, and loves marijuana.

"I like my Vape pen quite a bit," the actress told Marc Maron while appearing on his "WTF" podcast this week. "Weed rules. Weed is my drug of choice, for sure."

The mother of two won't dare get high around her kids Delta and Lincoln, though, and only partakes in the drug recently legalized in California occasionally.

"I can’t do it around my kids, which is a phenomenal amount of hours each week. Once a week, if I’m just exhausted and we’re about to sit down and watch 60 Minutes, why not?" she explained.

Cocaine is a no-no for the "Good Place" star, but she's open to ecstasy and her husband, Dax Shepard, encourages it, despite his sobriety.

"He just feels you shouldn’t leave earth without trying ecstasy or mushrooms," she said. "He wants to have an ecstasy party with all of our friends. He wants to have everyone get an overnight babysitter that we trust, put all the kids together, then come to our house, check your keys, and then have one of his buddies there and just give everybody really good ecstasy and just have us all braid each other’s hair or something."

"He doesn’t have a problem with anyone else partaking in anything, provided within reason, that they’re not acting like a complete shmuck," she added. "He’s fine if people do things. He likes drugs and alcohol. He just is aware that he lost his privilege with them because he can’t handle it. His brain does not have the chemistry to handle it."

Even though she told Maron she feels completely comfortable smoking weed in front of her sober husband, she made it clear earlier this month she's immensely proud of Shepard's dedication to sobriety.

In a sweet social media tribute to her husband in honor of his "14th year sobriety birthday," she wrote, "I know how much you loved using. I know how much it got in your way. And I know, because I saw, how hard you worked to live without it."

"I will forever be in awe of your dedication, and the level of fierce moral inventory you perform on yourself, like an emotional surgery, every single night," she continued. "You never fail to make amends, or say sorry when its needed. You are always available to guide me, and all of our friends, with open ears and tough love when it's needed most."

"I'm so proud that you have never been ashamed of your story, but instead shared it widely, with the hope it might inspire someone else to become the best version of themselves," she added. "You have certainly inspired me to do so."
