The conservative actor is among those criticizing the "Frozen" star for her parenting techniques shared in a new interview.

Kristen Bell uses Snow White to teach her kids some major life lessons, and those who love the classic fairy tale aren't having it.

The Disney princess -- adapted from a Brothers Grimm story -- started trending Thursday morning as Bell's interview with Parents began to make headlines for the actress taking issue with two messages.

"Every time we close Snow White I look at my girls and ask, 'Don't you think it's weird that Snow White didn't ask the old witch why she needed to eat the apple? Or where she got that apple?'" Bell said. "I say, 'I would never take food from a stranger, would you?' And my kids are like, 'No!' And I'm like, 'Okay, I'm doing something right.'"

The actress, who voices "Frozen" princess Anna, also uses the story's resolution -- Prince Charming kissing a sleeping Snow White to wake her up from the Evil Queen's spell -- to teach her daughters about the importance of consent.

"Don't you think that it's weird that the prince kisses Snow White without her permission? Because you can not kiss someone if they're sleeping," Bell said she tells her daughters.

Bell's criticism of Snow White comes on the heels of actress Keira Knightley telling Ellen DeGeneres on Tuesday that she's banned her 3-year-old daughter from watching Disney's "Cinderella."

"Because, you know, she waits around for a rich guy to rescue her. Don't. Rescue yourself, obviously," the actress said. "And this is the one that I'm quite annoyed about because I really like the film but 'The Little Mermaid.' I mean the songs are great but do not give your voice up for a man. Hello? But I love 'The Little Mermaid' so that one's a little tricky one, but no, I'm keeping to it."

"'Finding Dory' is a big favorite in our house," Knightley added. "'Frozen' is huge, 'Moana' totally fine."

To each their own, right? Of course not. Judgement is coming at Bell and Knightley fast and furious on Twitter, and fellow Hollywood star James Woods is leading the charge.

"The Snow White in a coma, who can only be awakened by the kiss of her one true love? That Snow White?" Woods tweeted with a link to an article about Bell's interview. "Or the looney feminist Snow White Privilege confused about her gender, who majored in Lesbian Interpretive Dance? Which Snow White though?"
