TMZ broke the story Tuesday afternoon, claiming Tristan flew from Cleveland to Los Angeles to spend Valentine's Day with Khloe and their daughter, True Thompson. On Sunday night, Tristan hit up a house party, where he was seen cuddling up with Jordyn.
