Mario Lopez says ignorance is bliss -- at least when it comes to the sex of his new baby.
In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres airing Friday, Mario says, "The baby is due in the fall and people are very upset that I'm not finding out what the sex is going to be."
He adds, "I don't want to know. I think that is one of life's great surprises."
As for the baby's name, Mario and his girlfriend Courtney Laine Mazza still don't have a clue.
