Jessica Biel -- who climbed Africa's highest peak, Mt. Kilimanjaro, in January -- has her sights set on an even bigger challenge ... Mt. Everest.
Biel tells People, "I'm thinking about trekking to Everest base camp. That's kind of the next goal."
But according to the "Chuck & Larry" actress, it's gonna be an uphill battle ... because she's since dropped her pre-climb training routine.
