Good news "One Tree Hill" fans -- unlike Jennifer Love Hewitt's show, this one's staying around!
Though the show -- which just finished its 7th season last night -- was on the edge of cancellation, The CW just renewed it for Season 8.
According to EW, both "OTH" and "Life Unexpected" will be back for what is believed to be 12 episode apiece.
The network also picked up "Nikita" and Ashley Tisdale starrer "Hellcats."
