Christina Applegate hit the red carpet with a brand new accessory last night -- a baby bump!
The actress, who just announced she and fiance Martyn LeNoble are expecting their first child last week, showed off her growing belly at the "Cats & Dogs" premiere in Hollywood on Sunday.
Applegate and Lenoble, who have been together for over two years, got engaged on Valentine's Day.
