"Piranha 3D" had its big premiere in Hollywood last night -- where the women of the film put their skin on display in some sexy dresses.
Stars Jessica Sozhr, Elisabeth Shue, Kelly Brook and Riley Steele (left to right) all turned it out for the flick's opening.
