Blake Lively's got a new man ... on set at least.
Though her actual boyfriend Penn Badgley was working yesterday too, Blake was spotted filming scenes for the new season with Sam Page -- and their characters looked pretty close.
And with a top like that on, Sam probably wasn't the only one with his eye on her.
