Not surprisingly, the fitness junkie says, "make working out your No. 1 commitment, because it builds the confidence and discipline you need to succeed in every domain of your life."

Among the tips "The Situation" offers up is "eat every few hours. Aim for small meals per day--three meals and three protein shakes." He also suggest downing "tons" of water.

And a surprising tip this notorious creature-of-the-night suggests? Get six to eight hours of sleep each night: "Sleep is when your body grows and repairs itself," he says.
