Celine Dion gave birth to twins four months ago -- but you couldn't tell when she returned to the stage last night in Las Vegas!
Showing off her slim figure and long legs in some skimpy costumes, Celine kicked off another concert residency at Caesar's Palace on Tuesday night.
Starting off a new, three-year engagement, Celine reportedly opened the show with the song, “Open Arms” before singing songs like “It's All Coming Back to Me Now” and “River Deep, Mountain High,” as well as a collection of medleys of classic hits.
Dion gave birth back in October to twins Eddy and Nelson.
