No horror film would be complete without the blood-curling scream from a pretty girl.
Luckily, "Final Destination 5," has three -- Emma Bell, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood and Ellen Wroe.

Horror fans should recognize Bell, who starred as Amy in the breakout zombie series "The Walking Dead." MacInnes Wood -- who looks like a cross between Megan Fox and Jessica Biel -- is the film's bespectacled bombshell. Wroe has been featured prominently in the "Final Destination" spots, where her character -- a gymnast named Candice -- faces her doom on a balance beam. Watch it below:
Other cast members at the premiere including Nicholas D'Agosto and Miles Fisher. Devon Sawa from the first "Final Destination" film and Texas Battle from the third movie also showed their support.
Of course no premiere would be complete without red carpet regulars BooBoo Stewart ("Twilight") and his sister Fivel. Other horror stars included Grey Damon ("True Blood") and Aaron Yoo ("Friday the 13th" and "Nightmare on Elm Street").
