Anne Hathaway has actually worn the designer twice this month: she donned a gorgeous embroidered dress Tuesday night for the European premiere of "One Day." Two weeks ago for the U.S. premiere, Hathaway wore a McQueen strapless black dress, again with exquisite embroidery.
During a visit to riot-stricken Birmingham, Duchess Catherine wore military-inspired separates from McQueen's pre-fall 2011 collection. The look was projected style while fitting the serious nature of the trip. Of course, Kate dazzled in McQueen one month earlier, when she wore a gorgeous lavender dress.
Finally, Jane Lynch wore a black and white printed McQueen gown while hosting the Do Something Awards -- a total departure from her "Glee" tracksuits.
Three totally different stars, three totally different looks, one talented design house.
It's great to see McQueen's legacy live on.
