Her songs may be sad, but right now Adele has quite a few reasons to be happy!
The 23-year-old British singer was spotted out with her new boyfriend, Simon Konecki, last night in London -- where the two were all smiles after a great day.
Earlier on Thursday, Adele was nominated for 3 Brit Awards -- the U.K. equivalent of a Grammy -- including Female Solo Artist, Single and Album of the Year.
She also announced she'll give her first performance since undergoing throat surgery at the event.
We're still holding onto hope that she performs at the Grammy Awards in L.A., which take place about a week before the Brits.
