Melissa Rycroft is used to sweating under pressure!
From competing for attention on "The Bachelor" to performing on "Dancing With the Stars," the TV starlet has been in some intense situations.
The reality star and new mom (she and husband Tye Strickland welcome daughter Ava in February 2011) was spotted flexing her muscles at the Les Mills BODYPUMP fitness event on Wednesday.
The former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader has always been athletic, but has been searching for new and fun ways to tone her post-baby bod. Set to a rocking beat, Melissa burned up to 1000 calories as she and her BODYPUMP instructors lunged, squatted, lifted, twisted and crunched their way into better shape.
“I usually just do cardio,” Melissa explained. “But the Les Mills classes give you a killer workout that combines cardio and strength training, and the fun music makes the class fly by!" Check out the pics:
After the hour-long class, Melissa was worn out. "I'm still standing!" she joked to instructors Joel Freeman and Susan Renata.
