It was a wild night at Logo's NewNowNext Awards last night -- where a lot of the men came dressed as women ... and one little girl looked like a full-on drag queen.
But what else would you expect from the network that made "RuPaul's Drag Race" one of its top rated shows, right?!
Kelly Osbourne hosted the event at Avalon on Thursday night -- where she was also a winner.
Kelly picked up the Beyond Style Award, which she won with androgynous male model Andrej Pejic ... who may have been one of the prettiest stars in attendance.
Other stars at the event included Josh Hutcherson, former "Toddlers & Tiaras" star Eden Wood, Kyle Richards, Adam Lambert, "Revenge" stars Christa B. Allen and Ashley Madekwe and "90210" stud Matt Lanter.
