Shia LaBeouf has transformed his appearance!
The 25-year-old actor debuted a brand new look today at a photocall during the 65th Cannes International Film Festival -- where he showed up sporting some scruffy facial hair and much longer hair.
The appearance was to promote his short film, ""HowardCantour.com," which Shia actually directed.
