Well this audition was definitely a surprise!
On last night's episode of "America's Got Talent," 19-year-old Andrew De Leon -- a goth fan of Marilyn Manson -- showed off an unexpected skill.
Dressed heat-to-toe in black while sporting icy blue contact lenses and black hair, De Leon surprised all the judges when he opened his mouth ... and a gorgeous, emotional aria came out!
After singing Puccini's "O Mio Babbino Caro," Howard Stern, Sharon Osbourne and Howie Mandel were stunned, especially when hearing Andrew had never performed in front of anybody before ... including his own parents.
Needless to say, he was sent straight to Las Vegas. Watch the performance above!
