The engaged 19-year-old actress was spotted shopping at an American Apparel in L.A. yesterday -- where she flaunted her long legs and toned tummy in very short shorts and a white crop top.
Cyrus paired the look with some black leather boots and a red and black plaid shirt that she tied around the waist.
While her man Liam Hemsworth was nowhere to be seen (he's still shooting a movie in Louisiana), he was still on her mind.
"I love being a "fiancée" she tweeted yesterday -- while also updating her Twitter profile photo to a new shot of her with Liam and their adorable new puppy, Toby.
