Jessica Simpson's post-pregnancy weight loss continued yesterday -- as she was seen rocking black spandex while visiting a personal trainer.
The singer/actress/reality TV star was photographed going to trainer Harley Pasternak's private gym in West Hollywood on Monday.
Pasternak has been working with the star for years and has worked with celebrities like Jennifer Hudson, Lady Gaga, Hilary Duff and Katy Perry in the past.
The celebrity trainer is known for his 5 Factor Diet, which promotes eating 5 meals a day and having 5 25-minute workouts a week. The meals should consist of a protein, fiber, healthy carbs, a healthy fat and a sugar-free beverage ... but those on the diet are also allowed on "cheat day."
Jessica is also the new face of Weight Watchers ... but she swears they're not forcing her to drop the weight quickly.
Last week she tweeted "Just so everyone knows...Weight Watchers hasn't put ANY pressure on me! I'm trying to be as healthy as I can be for myself and I feel great!"
