New Year's is right around the corner, and Hollywood is ringing in 2013 in style!
toofab visited two popular hotspots -- The Bazaar by Jose Andres and Greystone Manor -- to see how they're preparing for the big night.
First up, The Bazaar by Jose Andres, located at The SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills, where the theme for the night is a Spanish Masquerade Ball. Guests will be treated to The Bazaar's famous tray-passed tapas (including their modern take on a Philly cheesesteak) and of course, amazing drinks.
toofab's Lauren Shutte got a lesson from bartender Rob Floyd on how to make the night's signature drink -- a liquid nitrogen caipirinha. Just check out this master mixologist at work:
If you're feeling super luxurious, you can rent out SAAM, The Bazaar's private dining room, for you and your friends. Details here.
Next up, the hottest venue in Hollywood right now, Greystone Manor. Stars including Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna and Drake have all partied at the venue.
General Manager Memphis Garrett tells toofab's Brittany Kyles about all the stops they're pulling out for New Year's Eve.
Director of Client Relations Dave Osokow talks about Greystone Manor's celebrity clientele and infamous confetti cannon!
Tickets for The Grand Ball are selling out quick, but are still available here. Just remember, when they make it rain confetti, cover your drink!
