The 24th Annual GLAAD Media Awards went down last night in NYC -- and there was one very random guest list.
Madonna was honored with the Vito Russo Award during the ceremony. And, being Madonna, she sure made an impression with her outfit for the evening.
She singer showed up wearing a Boy Scout uniform, a costume choice she explained during her acceptance speech (where she also planted one on Anderson Cooper's lips!).
"I wanted to be a Boy Scout, but they wouldn't let me join,” she said during her speech. "I think that's f--ked up. I can build a fire. I know how to pitch a tent. I have a very good sense of direction. I can rescue kittens from trees. Listen, I wanna do for the community. But most importantly, I know how to scout for boys. So I think that I should be allowed to be a Boy Scout and I think they should change their stupid rules.”
And while Madge was the Queen of the night, there were many other stars on stage and on the red carpet.
Snooki flaunted her 42 pound weight loss (and a whole lotta leg) posing with "Jersey Shore" star Jwoww.
Mama June Shannon from "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" made her red carpet debut in a classy black dress -- and showed off her own recent 100 pound weight loss!
And football stars Brendon Ayanbadejo and Chris Kluwe continued their ongoing (and outspoken) support for gay rights by attending as well.
