It's old school vs. new school!
Both 20-year-old Selena Gomez and 43-year-old Cate Blanchett rocked a Peter Pilotto top from his Spring 2013 collection.
Despite the 23-year age difference, both starlets looked amazing in the beaded and embroidered top. Selena paired the peplum top with black leather pants and Giuseppe Zanotti pumps. Her straight hair made her look sexy and grown up.
Cate decided to pair the crewneck top with a trim black shirt, and accessorized with a black clutch. She wore black strappy heels with gold beaded details ... love! (Both her heels and clutch are by Roger Vivier). Cate opted to wear her hair in a bun, with natural makeup.
Both women are petite, but their choice in hair styles and what they paired the Pilotto top with really made a difference. We're leaning toward Cate, because her hair up you can see all the beautiful details on the top. Plus, the fit on Selena's pants were a little off.
