The country is still shocked and saddened over the Boston bombing which left three dead and hundreds injured.
On Tuesday, Mark Wahlberg stopped by "Jimmy Kimmel Live" to promote his latest flick "Pain & Gain," but also opened up about the tragedy which took place in his hometown.
Check out the clip above to see what the Boston native said about how his family is doing and if he knows anyone affected by the horrific act of terror.
The actor asked that everyone "please pray for Boston," adding, "and we have to do everything we can to protect our women and children, our people in the country."
After opening up about the bombings, Wahlberg concluded "It's a crazy world we're living in," he sighed. Unfortunately, we have to agree with his sentiments.
Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by the bombings.
