"America's Next Top Model" is known for its dramatic makeovers, and with the addition of guys this year, let's just say things get ... hairy.
A few of the unlucky guys went through manscaping that left them without a shred of dignity, or body hair. Another had a weave sewn into his head. Pain is beauty, right?
The amount of leg hair ripped off at the end of that clip made us cringe.
Of course, it was the female contestants with the most dramatic changes. Nina, below, went from blonde to a redhead with bangs. And poor Kanani got all her hair chopped off. Check out the before and after shots, below.
