The newly-married Holly Madison attended the "Runner Runner" premiere in Las Vegas, Nevada on Wednesday, where she flaunted her sparkly new accessory.
Madison said "I do" to her longtime beau Insomniac Events CEO Pasquale Rotella in a lavish ceremony at Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif last week -- and this is the first time we're getting to see her giant rock!
The 33-year-old's wedding band was designed by jeweler Alan Friedman and it's encrusted with 27 carats of diamonds!

Holly wasn't the only celeb at the premiere -- Justin Timberlake and Ben Affleck, who both star in the thriller, hit the red carpet as well.
Justin's wife, Jessica Biel also showed up to support Timberlake .... wearing almost the same exact ensemble as her husband! Not our favorite look on Jess -- seriously, who wore it better?
