Gaga seemed to be getting into the Halloween spirit early, stepping out in London in a very sheer black top and black peacock feather head piece. We will give her a round of "Applause" for originality but not for her fashion sense.
The pop starlet also was spotted in a long white dress, pale white makeup and no shoes! Isn't it a little chilly to go barefoot in London?

The "Body Party" singer wore a sheer Alon Livne gown to the Moet Rose Lounge in Houston. She definitely has a rockin' bod, but the cutouts, patent leather detail and mega slit make it look like she's trying too hard.
Rachel Bilson is known for her casual, cool California style, but she seemed to be channeling a high-fashion prairie girl in a floor-length frock at the Chloe fashion show in L.A. The "Hart of Dixie" starlet was just too buttoned up in a white blouse and long striped skirt. Time to get back to your "O.C." roots!
