The blonde beauty donned a black velvet strapless dress from Amanda Wakeley's resort '14 collection, complete with fringed details. She topped it all off with an Emm Kuo clutch, diamond earrings and a head of glamorous curls. She seemed to be channeling Jessica Simpson with that big Texas hair!
Ashlee walked the red carpet with a red hot accessory -- her new beau Evan Ross! The two were ever the adorable couple with their matching black-on-black ensembles.
