"The Hills" are alive with the sound of wedding bells!
Whitney Port is engaged to her beau Tim Rosenman.
toofab's Rachel Hoffman caught up with Whitney on the set of her Joico webisode series, “Drab to Fab,” to talk about her sweet proposal and to give us a few hints about what we can expect from her upcoming nuptials.

Rosenman popped the question with a stunning rose gold, three-carat diamond engagement ring. The 28-year-old gave us a peek at her bling, and it is beautiful!
Now that the engagement buzz is settling down, has the Whitney Eve fashion designer thought about her wedding dress?
"I feel like I'll probably design my own [dress], but I don't know about styles yet," Whitney told us. "It all depends on what the wedding is all about, where it is and what the vibe is."
